DOC 110 - Metallic 100% Solids Epoxy is the best in the industry with no VOC's. We designed this epoxy to be tough, durable, and have a high bond strength. It goes down at 10 to 18 mils thick in one pass. DOC 110 metallic epoxy comes as a clear and when combined with metallic powders creates a beautiful one of a kind floor. DOC 110 can also be used as a standalone top coat for wood tables, decorative concrete countertops, stained floors, and filled with paint chips, marble chips, and colored sand mixtures.
Applications Include all areas where a beautiful floor is desired. Restaurants, showrooms, living rooms, basements, bedrooms, restrooms, garage floors, automotive showrooms, hangers, areas where USDA Food & Beverage and other regulatory requirements must be obtained. i.e. food manufacturing and preparation, pharmaceutical manufacturing and dispensaries, clean rooms, commercial kitchens, laboratories and more. Other areas of use include: schools, residential, commercial and retail spaces.
Metallic Epoxy is the perfect choice for creating designer metallic epoxy floors. A key feature of this epoxy is its extended working time. With up to 30 minutes of working time, it allows both the experienced contractor and the first time do-it-yourselfer enough time to create stunning one of a kind floors without having to worry. Packaging: 1.5 and 3 gal kits. (1 part A, 1/2 gallon part B / every 1.5 gallons. 3 gallon kits come packaged as 2 gallons part A, and 1 gallon part B.
Coverage: As a topcoat DOC 110 can be applied 10 mils @ 160 SF/Gallon. As a metallic epoxy DOC 110 should be applied 16-18 mils @ 80-100 SF/Gallon.
