DOC 101 - 100% Solids Epoxy is a two part, high performance epoxy. Its epoxy chemistry provides excellent bonding characteristics. Its design features provide for the highest industrial and commercial demands. It can be applied as a 12 to 50 mil coating system. Paint Chips or Color Quartz can be broadcast into it to create a custom look. DOC 101 comes in many standard colors and can be customized for a small additional fee. Its unique quality allows it to be applied in one pass and works great for broadcasting decorative paint chips to create a beautiful granite type finish. DOC 101 was especially designed for the do it yourselfer for ease of application.
Applications Include garage floors, storage rooms, automotive showrooms, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, hangers, schools, residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Areas where USDA Food & Beverage and other regulatory requirements must be obtained. i.e. food manufacturing and preparation, pharmaceutical manufacturing and dispensaries, clean rooms, commercial kitchens, laboratories, and more.
Packaging: 3 gal kit. 2 gallons part A, 1 gallon part B total. Comes packaged as (2) 1 gallon part A, 1/2 gallon part B total 3 gallons.
Coverage: 53-160 SF/gal. @ 10-30 mils. Recommended for garage coating: 10 mils, 160 SF/Gal

- 250 SF/Kit @ 10 mils = 1 1/2 gallon kit epoxy
- 500 SF/Kit @ 10 mils = 3 gallon kit epoxy
- 750 Sf/Kit @ 10 mils = 4 1/2 gallon epoxy ( 1-1 1/2 gallon kit plus 1-3 gallon kit epoxy)
